Fundraiser Playbook

Ready to run the greatest fundraiser in team history? Follow these quick steps and you’ll be the sideline GOAT in no time.

1. Start your fundraiser: Fill in the form below with your fundraiser name and email, then upload your pamphlet images (up to 10). This is what your supporters will see on your public page.
2. Check your email: After you create your fundraiser, we’ll email you a special manage link. Save it! This is your private control panel.
3. Share your public page: On your manage page, tap “Copy fundraiser link”, then share it with friends, family, and the whole sideline: text, email, team chats, group pages—go wild.
4. Track orders: As people order, you’ll see everything on your manage page: buyer names, payment method, and items ordered.
5. Close the fundraiser (important): When your sale is done, go to your manage page and uncheck the box labeled “Open for new orders”, then click Save Settings. That’s how you officially end the fundraiser so no new orders come in.
